From the Artistic Director

Welcome to the first issue of Preview for ATC's 2007-2008 season. For our 41st season, we are producing a thrilling variety of classic an contemporary dramas, comedies and musicals. And to make them come to life, we have lined up the talents of an outstanding array of local, national and international artists. PREVIEW is the place to read and explore all about our plays, artists and events.

This first issue focusses on the season opening pair of internationally-acclaimed musical plays by and starring the incredible Hershey Felder, as George Gershwin and Frederick Chopin. Then we turn to TOUCH THE NAMES, a deeply moving theatrical ode that celebrates, honors and remembers those who sacrifice for our country. It is an especially appropriate time to produce this play, as this fall marks the 25th Anniversary of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Over the coming months we will be bringing you news of many special events at ATC and in the community to mark this occassion.

This issue of PREVIEW also brings news of recent educational and community happenings at ATC - and exciting news of upcoming events.
